Who We Are
Kub Konekt is a youth empowerment hub dedicated to supporting teenagers and young adults in becoming confident, creative, and purpose-driven leaders.
Founded in 2013, we bridge the gap between traditional education and real-world readiness by providing practical, hands-on experiences that develop both the soft and technical skills needed for confidence, competence, and leadership.
Our work centers on guiding young people through the critical stages of adolescence, helping them develop self-awareness, strengthen confidence, and build the capacity to lead with creativity, innovation, and authenticity.
In partnership with parents, schools, organisations, and communities, we create supportive environments where young people are inspired to explore their potential and discover their unique leadership paths.
At Kub Konekt, coaching goes beyond conversation. Through experiential learning, creative expression, mentorship, and real-world application, we drive meaningful transformation, empowering young people to evolve into thriving leaders who turn potential into performance and ideas into impactful solutions.
Mission

Through hands-on coaching, real-life projects, mentorship, talent discovery, and experiential leadership development, we work in collaboration with parents, schools, trainers, and communities to nurture purpose-driven leaders.
Meet Our Founder
Kub Konekt was founded by Emuobo Ochojila, a passionate advocate for adolescent development and leadership growth.
She believes that adolescence is a critical stage where young people should be intentionally empowered to discover their leadership potential and transition into confident, purpose-driven leaders.
A certified Adolescent Coach and Project Management Professional, with an academic background in Architecture, she brings a multidisciplinary perspective to youth development.
Through Kub Konekt, she is committed to helping young people develop self-awareness and the ability to design their own pathways to leadership.
She has leveraged multiple platforms to design and deliver impactful leadership programmes and initiatives. One notable experience includes acquiring and operating the STEM franchise Young Engineers in the FCT for six years.
Drawing from her experience in design-driven projects and youth engagement, she now curates transformative programmes that support young people in building meaningful, value-driven futures.
Having personally experienced growth, setbacks, and resilience, she understands the importance of timely support during adolescence and is intentional about providing transformative coaching and mentorship at this stage of life.
She believes that both success and failure are rooted in self-leadership, and that value-driven leadership thrives when young people receive the right guidance and support. This conviction inspired the creation of Kub Konekt.
As a Master NLP Practitioner, she is equipped with practical tools and strategies that help adolescents shape their paths and step confidently into leadership.
